Out of the Ground
At the Bennie Builders site Hallenstein Street, Queenstown we are working our way out of the ground! Level 0 floor slab poured with honed blocks running up the exterior walls and stairwell. With the blocks all poured we’re getting ready for the level 1 steel floor tray system.
Adamson Street Dairy Renovation
Bennie Builders new project is the renovation of the old Adamson Street Dairy. The existing dairy and old video store space is being completely gutted and transformed into a brand new Four Square Supermarket.
Large Bespoke Entrance Beam
A large bespoke entrance beam on our Queenstown building site. Bennie Builders tied over 198 pieces of reinforcing steel to create this insitue structure which will frame the front door. Cold Snap on Hallenstein Street
The frosty winter temperatures of -7 at Hallenstein Street has made the ground so cold that our compactor has frozen to the ground. We needed a digger plus man power to pull it free!
