This prestigious competition celebrates building excellence in New Zealand. It awards the best homes and builders and the craftsmanship behind them. We have entered in the multi town house category. This is a new category and unlike all other master builder categories is a pan industry category open to all construction companies so is a true test against the open market.  All entrants in each of the Award categories are judged by the same panel of two judges throughout the country. The judges go through each property and decide on the score against the set criteria for its category.
